This Privacy Policy explains how webMonx Solutions LLP collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with our website, our digital marketing services, and our products dripBot and croZap. We handle data responsibly and in line with applicable law and the platform terms of the providers we build on.

This policy applies to website visitors, clients who use our services or products, and the end customers of our clients whose data we process on our clients' behalf. Where we process data on behalf of a client, the client is the controller and we act as a processor, handling it only on the client's instructions and to provide the service.
Our products connect to third-party platforms, including the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform, Meta Ads, and Google Ads and Analytics. When a client authorises a connection, we receive data strictly to provide the service they requested.
Meta Platform data. Our access to and use, storage, and transfer of any data obtained through Meta APIs, including the WhatsApp Business Platform, adheres to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We use Meta platform data only to run, support, and improve the features our clients enable, and we do not sell it or use it for unrelated purposes.
Google API data and Limited Use. webMonx's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide and improve the features the client requested, and we do not transfer or use it for advertising, sell it, or use it for any unrelated purpose.
Connections are made through the official sign-in flows of each platform. We never ask for or store a platform password, and a client can revoke our access at any time from their platform settings.
We do not sell personal data.
Where required, we rely on your consent, the performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business, and compliance with legal obligations.
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes here, to provide the service, to meet legal requirements, or to resolve disputes. Data processed on behalf of a client is retained per that client's instructions and deleted when they close their account or request deletion, subject to legal retention requirements.
You may access, correct, or delete your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it.
How to request data deletion. Email info@webmonx.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and the email or phone number associated with your data. We will verify and delete the relevant data within 30 days, except where we must retain it by law. If you are an end customer of one of our clients, you may also contact that business, or contact us and we will route your request.
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and understand usage. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including access controls and encryption in transit, to protect data. No method is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and address issues promptly.
We are based in India and primarily store data on servers in India. Where data crosses borders, for example via a platform's infrastructure, we take steps to keep it protected in line with applicable law.
Our website, services, and products are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect children's data.
